*A receipt will be provided for insurance purposes. It is important to verify what services are covered by your extended health benefits

My services are considered as private paid psychological services, and is not covered by OHIP. I will provide you a receipt for insurance purposes.

I currently do not offer direct billing. I offer receipts if clients would like to claim insurance coverage with their extended health benefits.

Your sessions may covered by your works’ extended health insurance benefits, I recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm whether your plan covers psychological services. I typically issue a receipt at the end of each session, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many extended health plans do cover sessions with a psychologist, but coverage can vary between plans. It’s also helpful to check whether your plan has a daily or annual limit, and whether it has any restrictions based on the therapist’s professional designation, as psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers may all provide therapy but can be covered differently depending on your plan.
