I have been supporting clients who are building their families and navigating new parenthood since 2014. Clients often come to me feeling anxious & distressed with communication issues, feeling stuck in the same hurtful fights, and feeling disconnected. My hope is to offer professional support using both the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy strategies to equip you with relationship tools and coping skills. HOW TO GET STARTED
A free 15-minute call gives you an opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process and learn about my therapy approach. It also helps us understand if we are a good match. No referral needed to get started.
During the initial session(s), it’s for me to learn more about you and your hopes for therapy. For couples therapy, we will start with a joint session, then followed by individual session and a detailed relationship screening (Gottman Checkup) so I can learn more about each partner’s perspectives and personal history.
