As a mom of two and a psychologist, I am passionate about supporting couples in building healthier relationships by strengthening communication, improving conflict management, and deepening intimacy. My hope for couples is that they would feel seen and connected so they can tackle challenges as a team. In addition, having personally experienced struggles with fertility issues and postpartum anxiety, I am dedicated to supporting families facing fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and postpartum anxiety & depression.
My approach is warm and collaborative. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and teach you skills to confidently face your challenges. I offer additional resources and check-in phone calls to support you beyond our sessions.
